Our Services

We help individuals find work and are also an employer.
Our core business activity is recruitment:

  • Assisting individuals in finding work with our hirer clients (directly or through us).

  • Assisting hirers in introducing or supplying the staff they require.

  • Recruiting staff to work for us to provide recruitment services.

This section applies to individuals using our Recruitment Services or seeking employment with us.

Personal Data We Collect:

  • Educational history, qualifications & skills

  • Visa / Right to Work information

  • Passport details

  • Bank details

  • National Insurance & tax information

  • Next of kin details

  • Referee contacts

  • Hobbies & interests (if relevant)

  • Information from references & pre-employment checks

  • Health records (see Sensitive Personal Data below)

  • Marketing preferences

Sources of Data:

  • Directly from you (e.g., CV, application forms)

  • Clients and other candidates

  • Online job boards, social media, public domain

  • Interviews and conversations (phone/video)

  • Our websites and software applications

If we obtain data from third parties such as job boards, we will notify you of the source at our first communication.
